Pet
Rules & Agreement
(Part of the
Tenancy Agreement) This form Is
for the exclusive use of the MHAAS - Manufactured Housing Association of Alberta and
Saskatchewan. These revised
and updated "PET RULES AND AGREEMENT' are intended for the continued enjoyment and
benefit of all Homeowners and Residents of "Macleod Meadows" 1. The pet
population is controlled by the Landlord of “Macleod
Meadows ” Land Lease Community (LLC). 2. No pets
whether mammal, bird, reptile, insect or arachnid may be brought into the LLC or acquired
after occupancy commences without the prior WRITTEN APPROVAL of LLC. 3. LLC landlords
may, at any time, withdraw its approval of any pet. LLC landlords shall not be required to
give any reason for its withdrawal of approval. If LLC landlord withdraws its approval,
the pet's owner shall permanently remove the pet from the LLC within forty-eight (48)
hours of receiving written notice to remove the pet. 4. All pets
must be kept QUIET AND UNDER CONTROL at all times. 5. Any dog or
cat, which is approved by LLC landlords, must be kept on a leash, carried, or ABSOLUTELY
CONTROLLED whenever it is off its "lot". 6. Pet owners
are required to CLEAN UP droppings IMMEDIATELY from roads, neighbours' lawn and garden,
and all common community grounds. 7. Pet owners'
are required to keep their own "lot" clean of droppings to prevent any
unsanitary or unsightly condition or odour, which may offend their neighbours. 8. Because
they may be intimidating and/or dangerous to small children, none of the following breed
(or crossbreed) of dogs is allowed: Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Pit
Bull or Bull Terrier. 9. No dog is
to be left in such place that would block access to front door of home. 10. All
female dogs and cats MUST BE SPAYED. |
